Description yoga
In a comfortable, private atmosphere in Brinkum I offer you the opportunity to take a break from everyday stress. I guide groups of max. 4-5 people through the wonderfully diverse world of yoga. Starting with asana (physical exercises) to pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
I offer meditation and relaxation courses for small groups of max. 6-8 people in person. I would also be happy to accompany you as a life coach/coach.
My aim is to provide you with the best possible support on all levels in discovering yourself, dissolving blockages and living your true potential. There is so much more to you than you realize. In this way, inner stability and a positive attitude as well as self-love, joy, well-being and relaxation can find their way back into your life.
