Description yoga
Can you become addicted to yoga? I would say: YES! In a positive sense, because I can't imagine starting the day without yoga. Whether it's counteracting my back pain or helping me sort myself out for the day - discovering the path of yoga many years ago was the best gift I could have given myself. Accompanying many people in yoga courses, workshops and seminars is another gift that fills me with gratitude.
