Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative practice that brings you back in touch with yourself. It is based on the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), according to which a healthy and happy life consists of keeping body and mind in balance.
In Yin Yoga we mainly perform the postures lying or sitting and remain in them for a few minutes. This allows blockages and tensions to be released, complaints are alleviated and your body gains flexibility. Through Yin Yoga you can not only prevent illness, but also allow your mind to calm down, reduce stress and negative thoughts and relax completely. You come from doing into being.
