Creative Vinyasa flows meet the biomechanical alignment principles and the life-affirming philosophy of Anusara Yoga. Your yoga lessons combine anatomically correct alignment with flowing and dynamic movement sequences. The class includes relaxation and strengthening sequences, standing poses in the flow through sun salutations and body irons and yoga nidra in the final relaxation (Shavasana).
