Description yoga

My own courses take place in the multi-generational house in Ingelheim. I also teach at the Physio Kraftwerk in Gau Algesheim and at NetFitness in Ingelheim. My teaching motto is: No two lessons are the same, with the aim of ensuring that my participants remain focused and thus arrive in the here and now. My courses cover different yoga styles: Vinyasa Yoga, mental Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, Sammolahari and Bodega Moves & Reflow and in summer yoga on the SUP on the Rhine. It's best to ask for clarification.
