In a world that is often loud and fast-paced, there should also be places where everything becomes a little quieter.
Yoga Harmonie is exactly that place – a small, protected space where you can arrive – at yourself. A lovely little studio awaits you, furnished with lots of heart and love.
My yoga studio is located in Sassenburg Stüde near Gifhorn and is deliberately kept small.
The courses take place in a quiet, personal atmosphere with a maximum of seven participants.
This creates a space where everyone is seen and can experience yoga at their own pace. It is important to me that you always feel comfortable and can leave everyday life and stress behind you. Because it's your yoga time - time just for you, your body and mind.
Yoga can help us to reconnect with our bodies, to consciously feel our breath, and to give our minds a break.
Gentle movements, mindful breathing and moments of silence will help you find strength, peace and balance in your everyday life.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Somatic Yoga, Hormone Yoga, meditation and preventative health courses, some of which are subsidized by health insurance companies. Each yoga class lasts 90 minutes and you can always look forward to a relaxing initial session, a beneficial asana practice and a wonderful final relaxation. Various breathing techniques and meditations are naturally included as well.
My teaching style is calm and gentle – just like me. My entire training encompasses well over 700 hours of instruction, which also shapes my work, my extensive knowledge, and my teaching methods.
Whether you are new to yoga or already have experience – you are very welcome.

I have fully equipped the studio for you - you don't need to bring anything, I have everything here. Because you can look forward to your yoga class and don't have to worry about anything.

And there is one more thing that is very important to me and close to my heart:
YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE - Because yoga adapts to you – not the other way around.
In yoga, it doesn't matter how old you are, what clothes you wear, or what your fitness level is - it doesn't matter at all. On the mat you are completely present with yourself and you only practice in a way that your body allows.
Forget all the images on social media of how yoga is portrayed. Yoga is not a fitness marathon, an acrobatic show, or a fashion competition. ​
