Formerly a coach barn, the yoga school is located in a beautiful, quiet courtyard paved with natural stone. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, there is an oasis of peace and clarity where it is easy to relax, let go and get in touch with yourself.
Yoga in the courtyard offers mindful, calm Hatha yoga in the Himalayan tradition. In the courses you will learn in a gentle way how yoga works. You don't just practice on a physical level, but you also consciously include your breath and mind in your practice. Every person is seen in their individuality, away from the pressure to perform or be sporty.
The yoga courses are mainly offered as prevention courses. These are recognized by health insurance companies in accordance with the guidelines of §20 V SGB.
The studio is suitable for classes in yoga and Pilates, workshops, seminars, lectures and readings on the subject of yoga and meditation as well as in all areas of health promotion and spiritual development and can mainly be rented on weekends.
