With gentle to powerful movements and postures, different areas of the body are strengthened and stretched from head to toe. With breathing exercises and visual concentration, we direct life energy into the desired areas, stimulate the self-healing powers, and thus vitalize body, psyche and spirit. At the end, soothing sound balances relax you.

-Yoga for seniors:
Mornings, 10:30 to 11:45, min. 12 €
The day of the week can still be freely chosen.
-Yoga for mom / dad with child from 0 to 3 years
The course will take place if there are 2 to a maximum of 3 registrations.
Wednesdays, 10 a.m. to at least 11 a.m., 4 appointments: 35 €
The 4 lessons are paid in advance.
Individual lesson for mother and child, per session: 15 € - 20 €

-Pranayama breathing exercises, visual meditation exercises, mantra, tones, relaxing sound balances: once a month, Friday or Saturday 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. We choose the date about 2 weeks in advance. Contribution at your own discretion.

-Asanas, Vinyasas
-Relaxing body movements
-Meditation with guidance
-Harmonizing breathing exercises / Pranayama
-Visually guide energy with the breath / Pranayama
-Eye yoga
-Sound balances with the monochord or with the singing bowl or with planetary tuning forks
-Sanskrit Mantras, introduction to the meaning, melody, rhythm and pronunciation
-Hand Mudra-s
