Hello, my dears,
My name is Nele Kadesha, I am a yoga teacher and yoga therapist and give Hatha-Vinyasa yoga courses, pregnancy yoga and joint hikes with yoga in the Allgäu in the beautiful city of Füssen.
I grew up with yoga because my mom is a yogini herself and now I also want to help people to reunite their body, mind and soul. These are my specialties in yoga: HATHA-VINYASA YOGA: - Asanas (according to the 5 elements), - Yoga therapy, - Individual coaching, - Yoga anatomy, - Pranayama, - Meditation & Sangha groups. I also offer: PREGNANCY YOGA, YOGA AFTER PREGNANCY and COMPANY YOGA.
