    Wenn ihr abschalten wollt, euch vom Tagesstress freimachen möchtet, dann ist „Yoga mit Kristin“ der richtig Ort.
    Mir selbst fiel in letzter Zeit das „Abschalten“ schwer, aber mit Kristin und ihrer ruhigen Art dauerte es nicht lang bis ich den Alltag ausblenden konnte.
    Besonders am Ende helfen mir ihre Worte: „denk an deine guten Gedanken, an deine guten Worte und deine guten Taten“.

    Wohlfühloase

    Wenn ihr euch vom Tag erschöpft fühlt, einfach mal durchatmen möchtet, dann ist „Yoga mit Kristin“ genau richtig.
    Ich hatte viel Stress und wenig Zeit für mich selbst, aber Kristin schafft es ,in einer Stunde (wenn man bereit dazu ist) ,Energien und Lebensgeister freizusetzen und zu erwecken.
    Besonders schön finde ich immer ihren Hinweis : achte auf deine guten Gedanken, guten Worte und deine guten Taten. Sie schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre völlig frei und ohne Druck.
