Yoga salon stands for classic Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a body-oriented form of yoga that works holistically and addresses and balances the body, mind and soul. Regular Hatha yoga practice improves your body awareness, your general well-being, your ability to relax and promotes mindful, loving treatment of yourself.

In the yoga salon we practice asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and relaxation and concentration techniques. You will not only learn how to perform yoga positions anatomically correctly, but also asana variations that are tailored to your individual physical constitution. You strengthen your muscles and improve your endurance, whereby you yourself are the measure of all things. You carefully explore your limits and come to terms with yourself.

Yoga-Salon offers compact yoga courses at various indoor and outdoor locations, which are suitable for those interested with and without previous yoga knowledge.
