-Yoga mats and blankets are available in the studio. If you bring your own mat, you can store it behind the screen in our yoga room - please be sure to label it!
-If possible, don't drink anything during the yoga session - tea and water will be available afterwards.
-The responsibility for your practice lies with you - always listen to your body and only practice those asanas that make you feel good!
-Light, airy clothing is recommended, not too loose. Possibly warm socks for the relaxation phase; during the session you practice barefoot.
-It's never a bad idea to bring a towel with you - to put on the mat or to wipe off in between.
