Description yoga
The Yoga Garden has been offering qualified yoga instruction since 2013. Since September 2019, we've been located in our own beautiful 200-square-meter studio in the heart of Lilienthal. We have two studios at our disposal. Our yoga classes are suitable for all ages. From gentle classes to advanced beginners and even Yoga@home, we offer a wide variety of options, all sharing one common foundation: mindfulness, slowing down, the interplay between tension and relaxation, and breathwork.
We also offer wonderful retreats, teacher trainings, and educational leave programs.
In small groups, always in a very special atmosphere, you'll find the space to let go and connect with yourself. It can get a little challenging at times, of course. But when the final relaxation arrives, you'll want to forget everything around you...
