How nice that you found me and welcome to my little oasis in the heart of Regensburg's old town. Here in Yogahausen you will find yoga lessons in small groups, workshops & specials or lessons just for you, tailored to you and your wishes and needs.
My goal is to guide you on a unique path to find your authentic, radiant and healthy self in a non-dogmatic way - physically and mentally. I share my experiences with you, support you and offer you tools to live your life to the fullest.
Yoga found me a few years ago and hasn't let go. Yoga is my adventure - my path to myself & when I teach, I feel arrived.

- Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Generally, yoga is practiced barefoot because we really want to feel the ground and work a lot with our feet and toes.
