Description yoga
Yoga brings body, mind and soul into harmony. With me you will experience Hatha Yoga as part of Raja Yoga (the royal yoga path). The body and mind are trained in asanas (body practice) and pranayama (breath control) as well as meditation, mudras, kriyas, etc. The yogic values of (Yamas, Niyamas) are lived in the courses. I look forward to getting to know you!
