Description yoga
Experience the beneficial effects of a stable and flexible body. You will learn to release tension and replenish energy reserves. You will become more physically and mentally agile. You will learn to increase your self-awareness and thus recognize stress patterns and transform them into health-promoting postures.
Classes are held in small groups of up to 8 participants.
Look forward to an appropriate and mindful practice – neither over-challenging nor under-challenging. This form of exercise is health-promoting because unhealthy, trained postures can be experienced and transformed into natural postures. Inner posture and outer posture go hand in hand. The inner world, thoughts, and thought patterns can also be experienced. Unhealthy ways of thinking can be recognized and changed there, too.
