Almost all courses take place in exclusive small groups with a maximum of 8 participants!
Yoga is an encounter with yourself.
Yoga not only changes you physically, making you more flexible and stronger, but also touches your mind and soul. Given our often hectic everyday lives with all their demands, yoga is a way back to yourself, to more balance, self-confidence and mindfulness.
In my lessons I teach a practice that gives enough space to both physical alignment and inner perception. The breath acts as a connecting link. He gives us more presence and focus so that we can always return to ourselves and our direct experience.
Yoga unfolds its effect when it is adapted to the needs and possibilities of the person.
There is always room for precise corrections and each individual participant can be supported in their individual goals.
