I have been practicing yoga for 20 years.
I feel so good about it that I really want to pass on this good feeling to others.
Yoga is not about flexibility or strength, but about the deep feeling that comes from serious practice over a longer period of time.
Yoga gives me energy when I'm tired, lets me act calmly and thoughtfully and gives me a lot of joy in life. You learn not to think about anything and to direct your thoughts. It doesn't matter what an asana (posture) looks like.
What matters is what you feel.
I would never want to be without it again...
