Description yoga

Namaste, my name is Alice and I am a trained Vinyasa yoga teacher (RYT 200+). In my lessons I combine classic Vinyasa yoga with elements of yin and fascia yoga. With my flows I guide you through a gentle and strengthening practice with which, accompanied by music, you can release your physical tension and mobilize your spine.
These are open courses that can be attended without prior registration. Payment is made in cash before participation. Alternatively, you can buy a 3, 5 or 10 card of your choice before the course starts, which can then be used straight away. Your first visit to Wonderland Yoga only costs €8.
When the weather is wonderful, I also offer SUP yoga. Yoga in the open air, in the fresh air, in the middle of the water: that's SUP yoga. SUP stands for “Stand Up Paddling”, a sport in which you move around standing on a surfboard with the help of a paddle. A few years ago there was a trend to use these large, high-buoyancy boards for yoga. The elements of wind and water create an additional dynamic that makes every yoga course unique. Even the simplest asanas become challenging, but can be mitigated by varying the intensity. SUP yoga is particularly close to my heart because of its proximity to the water and I can only encourage every yogi to try out this special form of yoga with its increased intensity and mindfulness.
