Description yoga
The yoga taught in the ahiṃsā yoga studio is calm, yet powerful and is based on the traditional teachings of the lineage of Sri T.Krishnamacharya, T.K.V. Desikachar and R.Sriram. The focus is not only on the asanas (postures) but also on the underlying yoga philosophy. This line is continued in group classes, in the yoga teacher training courses and in individually tailored private lessons.
