Description yoga
At the Düwel-Bergem yoga studio, we place great emphasis on intensive support and personal contact with all participants.
In order to provide you with optimal support and correction, we teach in small groups of a maximum of twelve people. The yoga postures are individually adapted to the respective flexibility and strength and are therefore suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. In order to be able to assume and perform the postures (asanas) correctly, we use aids such as blankets, blocks and straps.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced, male or female, young or old, online or in our studio: if you are looking for a yoga class in Saarbrücken with experienced yoga teachers, you have come to the right place.
