Our yoga classes are 90 minutes long, suitable for all levels, and taught according to classical Hatha Yoga with elements of Iyengar Yoga. You can join at any time.
At our yoga studio on Erzgießereistraße, we have been teaching classical yoga in small, intimate groups since 1988. This allows us to support each participant according to their individual needs and guide them on their personal practice journey.
As is our tradition at the studio, we end each class with a relaxing cup of tea, creating a gentle transition back to everyday life. If you have any questions, we'd be happy to discuss them with you beforehand.
