Description yoga
I don't practice a specific style of yoga. I use elements from different yoga traditions that seem logical and appropriate to me in each class. That's why my yoga practice is very varied. Depending on the motto of the respective unit, elements from classical Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga or gentle yoga flows vary. An integral part of our yoga practice will be your breath. Both as a standalone exercise (pranayama) and as a companion to your asana practice. I attach great importance to detailed verbal instructions during which my participants can close their eyes in order to be completely focused. I would like to invite you to connect your body and your inner self through your breath and movement. It's not about what your yoga postures look like, but only about how you feel your body. This way you can experience balance, release tension, energize your body and then relax. You are welcome regardless of your physical constitution or previous experience.
