The Lovely Spirit Studio is a spiritual oasis in the middle of Munich.
In the Haidhausen/Au district you will find me at Am Lilienberg 2 (opposite the Gasteig) in the inner courtyard.
It is a very personal, quiet place, a safe and sacred space where you can be completely yourself.
My lessons are sensitive, creative, individual and completely non-dogmatic - beyond mainstream and fitness. In my yoga classes I want to create a space in which you can move playfully within the framework of your individual possibilities. A space in which you can overcome boundaries and grow internally without pressure.
I see my job as a yoga teacher as holding this space for you. Holding the space means being absolutely present for yourself and what you need at the moment, walking the path together with you - at your pace and as far as you like and can.
