Wir hatten gestern unsere erste Mutter-Kind-Yoga Stunde.
Wir waren sehr begeistert wie toll diese Stunde war. Es war sofort eine Vertrauensbasis da zum Kind und zu mir als Mama.
Auf unser Kind wurde super eingegangen und mit einbezogen.
