Durch die unglaublich positive Art, das Bemühen um jeden Einzelnen und dem Wissen von Sandra wird in den Kursen eine tolle Atmosphäre geschaffen, in denen sowohl das individuelle Weiterkommen als auch der Spass nicht zu kurz kommt. Tolle Yoga Kurse mit viel Herzlichkeit
Mache jetzt seit zwei Jahren Yoga Kurse bei Sandra und kann diese einfach nur empfehlen. Ich bin ein Mensch, der nur schwer den Kopf abschalten kann. Aber Sandra schafft es immer wieder, mich total runter zu bringen. Meinem Rücken geht es seit Beginn deutlich besser.
Sandra ist sehr herzlich, nimmt auf persönliche Wünsche und Bedürfnisse Rücksicht.
Preis-Leistung ist hervorragend.
Unser Großer hat auch schon Kinder Yoga bei Sandra mitgemacht und war auch sehr begeistert.

Sandra empfehle ich gerne. Die Stimmung im Yogatempel ist sehr privat. Sie geht auf jeden einzelnen ein.Die Kombination von allen 3 ist oft sehr individuell, Sandra sieht, was ihre Damen und Herren brauchen.
