Description yoga

Sv?dh? (a and i are pronounced long) comes from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit and can be translated as “contemplative” or “mindful”.
“Mindfulness is the ability to be truly present in every moment of our daily lives. Mindfulness allows us to recognize what is really happening within us and around us in the present moment.”
This quote from the Buddhist monk Thích Nh?t H?nh makes it clear what positive effects a mindful lifestyle has.
We notice that thoughts come and go without our intervention, that we are not our thoughts.
Yoga is a way to formally practice mindfulness.
My yoga offer:
•is free from religious dogmas.
•Includes the classic elements of Hatha yoga (asanas (postures), breathing exercises and meditation).
•Based on the teaching concept of the German Red Cross, which places great value on a balanced relationship between tension (exercise) and relaxation.
•is expressly also suitable for older people or people with limited mobility.
• conveys the basics of Eastern philosophy and stimulates thought.
•should encourage independent practice.
