Integrative yoga in small groups
Teaching experience since 1987
"I love yoga!" and combine different styles and difficulty levels. Each hour ends with relaxation and meditation, an Aura-Soma Pomander and small affirmations.
Upon request, I also offer yoga specials, yoga for pregnant women, yoga and advice for cancer patients, psychological coaching and raw vegan nutritional advice.

    Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und Vermittlung von Hintergrundwissen.
    Nach der Yogastunde fühle ich mich physisch und psychisch ausgeglichen und geerdet. Eine kleine, kurze, aber dafür sehr effektive Auszeit.

    Die Yogastunden sind immer perfekt vorbereitet, gut erklärt und mit viel Hintergrundwissen angeleitet. Vasanti hat eine angenehme sanfte Stimme mit der man sich in der Entspannung gut fallen lassen kann. Wer Kundalini Yoga mag, oder auch einmal ausprobieren möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben!
