Description yoga

With more than 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and as a trained yoga therapist, I am increasingly developing my own idea of ​​what yoga can be and how people can benefit from it sustainably.
For me today, yoga is a field of experimentation for life. If I practice yoga with ease, dignity and harmony, then I can transfer parts of it into my everyday life and increase my well-being.
In all yoga classes, only those exercises should be used that can be practiced with ease, dignity and harmony and without risk of injury.
The aim of all offers and activities should be - in the spirit of prevention - to avoid, delay or make illnesses less likely.
I want to motivate people to be more active in their own lives, to question old habits, to consciously establish new habits and to encourage them to keep their eyes open about what feels good and what doesn't.
The focus should be on the spirit of discovery, lightness, creativity, joy in movement, joy in doing things and, above all, joy in life.

    Sandro hilft einem sehr dabei sich zu erden und abends den Tag entspannt abzuschließen. Perfekt um einen stressigen Alltag entgegenzuwirken!

    Ein toller Hatha Yogalehrer!!

    Sandro gibt immer Montags 2x Yoga im Fincan. Die erste Stunde ist etwas entspannter und ruhiger, in der zweiten Stunde ist es etwas anstrengender. Mir gefällt das Yoga von Sandro sehr gut. Er geht individuell auf seine Schüler ein, gibt Hilfestellungen und weiß auch sonst sehr viel über Yoga und freut sich über Austausch. Also eine klare Weiterempfehlung, ich komme gerne!
