Our passion and our task is to accompany you on this path professionally and individually, based on the knowledge of “yoga” that has been passed down for thousands of years.
In our unique yoga concept you will learn and experience the content and meaning of the yoga exercise system, consisting of postures, breathing techniques, concentration and meditation exercises. Yoga trains body awareness and active breathing. Harmonization of breath and mind. Training mindfulness, promoting strength and mobility. Why is yoga relaxing?
One of our tasks is to recognize exactly at which point we meet you physically and emotionally in order to be able to conclude what potential you can unlock on both levels. Our method helps you return to your holistic balance, because physical and mental stress are often the causes of structural injuries and mental illnesses.
