The 11th Children's Yoga Congress at Yoga Vidya is dedicated to questions like these. Together we explore from different perspectives how children can be strengthened and encouraged to lead a happy life and explore what we as “adults” need to achieve this.
Everyone is invited to be enchanted by the colorful world of children's yoga on this colorful weekend with the amazed eyes of children. Inspiring, auspicious opportunities await you in topics such as children's yoga and relaxation, nutrition and health, wilderness education and much more.
