Course leader: Sylvia Asmodena Kurtar
The extensive monastery area with its herb garden, old trees, water sources and fountains is a special place for inner viewing and geomantic tours!
We meditate, practice asanas, learn more about “feeling yourself” and have an intense, fulfilling time together.
Everything is possible, nothing is neccesary!
If you like, you can welcome the day with me with a morning meditation outdoors at 6:00 a.m. 2 – 3 classic yoga and Lu Jong lessons (always before meals, of course) round off our daily asana practice.
We talk about yoga as a philosophy of life, go into our finer perception, go for a walk, I read you stories...
Let yourself be surprised at what this fine, tender time in this peaceful and highly spiritual place will move within you.
FEE
Monastery fee: €210 (2x overnight stay in a 1/2 double room, including vegan full board, single room can be booked with a €15 surcharge per night)
