Go with the flow. Let yourself be carried by wind, water and waves. A journey to you & with yourself: Yoga & sailing on the IJsselmeer (Holland) - Two places still available: In June 2024 it's time to cast off - towards adventure & relaxation.
Come along to our yoga & sailing trip on the IJsselmeer in Holland. Depending on the wind and weather conditions, we sail with our flat-bottomed ship to explore the beautiful islands, bays, beaches and towns. Teamwork is the basis for our shared, daily adventures. You can expect fun, yoga, great conversations, breathtaking natural spectacles, letting go and enjoying. If possible, we do Kundalini Yoga & meditations together in the great outdoors, on the beach, in the dunes, on a lonely jetty and on board. No sailing knowledge is required.
Our flat-bottomed ship Sybaris is a former cargo ship and offers an unforgettable sailing experience. It has space for up to 28 people - we can accommodate a maximum of 12 participants. Our skipper Richard and his crew know their way around the IJsselmeer very well. Under professional guidance, you will learn more about sailing handles – and terms.
Our on-board chef Lucas will prepare delicious vegan/vegetarian food for us on board so that you can get through the day strengthened. It would be great if you could embark on the adventure of completely giving up fish, meat, alcohol, cigarettes, etc.

Embarkation/disembarkation: Arrival: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Departure: 11 a.m
Cost:
Cabin with 2 people: €1,630
Cabin with 3 occupancy: €1,520 regular
Registration deadline: February 1, 2024
Included: 7 nights on the ship, including crew, full vegan/vegetarian meals, drinks (water, tea, coffee), all yoga and meditation units.
Not included: Arrival/departure, personal expenses for e.g. B. shore leave. 1 x self-paying dinner on the day of arrival.
