Have you wanted to try yoga for a long time? Or do you not know which yoga style feels good for you and is the right one? Or would you simply like to immerse yourself in the world of breathing and relaxation options?
Sometimes you are a little shy about starting yoga, either because you have misconceptions or because you don't trust your body to do it. Often there is a lack of time and courage.
But there are now so many yoga styles on offer that you can lose track. That's why it's a good idea to take a look at or try out the yoga styles on offer. You should always give yoga a chance to get to know it and even learn to love it.
That's why I have planned a journey through the world of YOGA for you. In 6 individual lessons you can get to know different yoga styles and find out more about the different facets of yoga practice with individual focuses.
Based on my many years of experience and training and because I do this “job” with heart and soul, I would like to accompany YOU through the following hours:

The hours can be booked individually. When booking all 6 units, a subsidy of up to 80% is guaranteed by all health insurance companies.
EXTRA-Plus: when you book 3 units you will receive a voucher for a discount on the next booked yoga course from 2021 and when you book 6 units you will also receive a voucher for a short session of Thai yoga :)
