Description Yoga event

On this day, a wonderful program of classic parent-child yoga, plank yoga and various mindfulness exercises for more grounding and connection awaits you and your child.

We take a break from stressful everyday life and give ourselves more appreciation for ourselves and each other through mindful movements, relaxation exercises and creative meditation units.

Program:
10:45 a.m.: Arrival & welcome

11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Parent-child yoga

12:30-1:30 p.m.: Break & shared lunch buffet

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Board yoga for parent-child couples

2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.: Break & snacks

3:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. Mindfulness afternoon

5:00 p.m.: Conclusion
