About Us:
I am the founder of Chittama©Heilyoga and Essenz Dialog@Coaching.
I am a coach, health educator, system setter, Marma yoga teacher IPSG, breathing teacher, state-recognized masseuse and artist, married and mother of a biological daughter and bonus children.
I have been following my calling for over 35 years and love accompanying people on their very personal path to a conscious, mindful, healthy and creative life. My most important concern is to strengthen you in your own self-empowerment and self-healing.
Building on my own experiences, in 2010 I developed a completely new, health-promoting training branch as a Chittama ® healing yoga teacher, which combines western modern methods for personality development, ancient mysticism and wisdom, psychosomatics, energetic healing methods, Ayurveda, yoga and meditation. Since then I have trained many people to become Chittama ® yoga teachers, yoga coaches and medial healing work.
From 1992 to 2020 I ran the Chittama Healing Yoga Center in Troisdorf near Cologne, which I handed over to Marion Romes on January 1, 2021.
Here in the yoga healing room, I continue to offer my work in bright rooms, right next to the Spessart nature reserve, and I look forward to meeting people who want self-exploration, further development and health.
