You want to delve deeper into the world of yoga. Not just practice but teach. Deepen your own practice and develop yourself personally.
The 200h yoga teacher training is an intensive journey into the world of yoga. Holistic yoga, individual support (max. group size 10 participants) and your personal development are the focus of this yoga training.
Contents of the 200h yoga training:
Practice:
-Asana, technique, alignment, training
-Meditation, pranayama, mantra, bandhas
Anatomy & Physiology:
-understand functional anatomy, practice-oriented connections, how things work
-Body structure (bones, joints, muscles), breathing
-Chakras, Nadis
Philosophy & Ethics:
-6 yoga paths, history of yoga
-traditional texts (introduction to Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutra)
-Lifestyle, ethics, nutrition
Methodology & didactics:
-Class structure, sequencing
-Adjustments, assistance, instructions, contraindications
-Communication
Internship & Mentoring:
-Apply what you have learned yourself
-Lesson samples with feedback
-Yoga & coaching

The 200h yoga teacher training meets the highest international standards of the American Yoga Alliance (AYA) and, after successful participation, entitles you to register as a 200h yoga teacher with the AYA.
A yoga teacher only receives recognition from the health insurance company in accordance with §20 SGB V after 500 hours of training with a recognized professional qualification. You can have the 200h yoga teacher training taken into account for this, they form the basis. You can also attend the +300h yoga training with me, which includes recognition by health insurance companies. Further information will follow on my website.
Training costs: €3,900 including certificate and detailed printed yoga script
Early bird price: €3,650 if you register up to 2 months before the start
A deposit of €500 is due upon registration, with the remaining amount due before the yoga training begins.
