AERIAL YOGA TRAINING every year in spring and autumn

Aerial yoga is simply fun and in this aerial yoga training you will create the basis for later being able to independently offer varied courses and workshops for different target groups.
1. Basic module:
----------------------
- Basics with the yoga cloth
- Yoga and aerial yoga philosophy
- Basic exercises with variations in theory and practice
- extensive exercise book
- first steps in teaching
- Safety and suspension
- Your own body experience in a safe environment
2. Regeneration module (the gourmet weekend):
----------------------------
Aerial yoga in combination with elements from:
- Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
- Massage in a cloth (clothed)
- Deep relaxation
- therapeutic display techniques
- rounded off with guided meditation, hypnosis and breathing exercises
>> a weekend to enjoy, regenerate and recharge your batteries
3. Module structure:

- Consolidation of what has been learned
- new advanced and challenging exercises/tricks and tips
- Exercise structure, teaching didactics/methodology, do's & don'ts - everything you need for a sensible lesson structure
- energetic and individual marketing for fulfilling, successful work
- Promote your creativity

The modules can also be booked individually.
Duration: The complete training includes 72 units: 6 days of training with 10 units each + 10 units of preparation and follow-up (+ optional observation) + 1 x aerial yoga workshop
