Requirement for participation in the energy trainer training: basic knowledge of yoga and meditation. The energy trainer training is also suitable as further training for yoga teachers. Anyone who has completed yoga teacher training will notice some overlaps. However, the energy trainer training goes significantly beyond what is learned in the yoga teacher training. This way you can enrich your previous yoga lessons and gain new teaching experience.
Degree/certificate: Practical examination as part of teaching in small groups. Written thesis. Certificate “Energy Trainer (BYVG)” from the professional association of Yoga Vidya health consultants, course leaders and therapists. Recognized as educational leave in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Saarland.
