Essenz Dialog®Coaching accompanies people in the process of their self-development in times of upheaval, crisis or reorientation.
As an extension of traditional coaching training, Essenz Dialog® Coaching integrates spiritual potential into training and practice and places it in the context of growth processes.
The training supports and accompanies people on their way to a holistic transformation of themselves, their company and their living environment.
Essence Dialog® Coaching combines professional, systemic coaching methods with consciousness and energy work, various forms of constellation, transparent communication, the Enneagram, healing yoga and meditation.
In the Essenz Dialog® Coaching training you will learn to accompany people competently and responsibly in professional, personal and spiritual questions.
As a training participant, you benefit from my wealth of experience from over 30 years of teaching and a cross-method orientation.
The variety of methods allows you to support clients and/or students in their development processes in a much more versatile manner.
Our training consists of over 60 percent practical component, which enables you to put this broad set of methods directly into practice.
In addition, the Essenz Dialog®Coaching training is excellent training for your own further development. Your own inner work, ability to reflect and self-knowledge are the prerequisites for working authentically with people.

This training is ideal as a career start into self-employment or further training for yoga teachers, people in therapeutic and medical professions, educators, educators and body therapists, or for your own further development.
The goal of this training is for you to become a present listener for your clients or students who has a deep understanding of the mystical principles of healing work and can hold space for everything that happens.
You will receive an extensive toolbox of different methods to be able to respond flexibly to different needs and to capture and touch the essence of your counterpart.
Every crisis in life contains hidden life lessons and they often arise before the next possible development step.
Since four eyes see more than two, competent support is helpful in such times of crisis and so we see ourselves as companions.
Through practical exercises, you will acquire the ability to accompany other people through the stages of their development and to give them new confidence in the processes of life, which also include suffering and illness.
After completing this training, your life will be enriched with many skills and insights. You will go through your own maturation process. By connecting to your higher self and creative power, you gain inspiration and insights. Your base will be strengthened.
The Essenz Dialog@Coach training includes 6 modules with a total of 24 seminar days.
Working methods
We start the day with healing yoga and meditation to prepare for learning and refine our senses.
Methods are shown, explained and practiced in practice to support the learning process. Individual and group work, role plays and systemic approaches help to deepen the knowledge. Case studies from practice, keynote speeches and exchange of experiences ensure transfer into everyday working life.
We repeatedly practice “Transparent Communication” according to Thomas Hübl in different forms and learn to attune ourselves to different fields of perception through meditation.
Healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg, meditation and contemplation are offered as a daily practice to attune and refine perception.
The meditative practice in the course is not tied to any religion or worldview. It promotes the ability to concentrate, leads to inner calm and focuses on what is important. Meditation empowers you to act responsibly in your personal and professional environment as well as in the global community and leads to a deeper connection with life.
