Start October 2023 / 2 years / 200 hours.
Would you like to delve deeply into YOGA and learn and understand more about the connections between breathing, postures (asanas) and human anatomy?
Maybe you also want to share this knowledge with others?
In this 2-year training you will be given all the tools to achieve your goal. Your YOGA practice will be specifically deepened and refined and your ability to teach will be built up and consolidated step by step.

Learn the different types of assistance
Anatomy in theory & practice
Functional breathing
Pranayama/breathing techniques
different meditation techniques
Kryas/cleansing techniques
various relaxation techniques
Basic Sanskrit terms
Mudras & Mantras
Two intensive, educational years await you that will enrich and renew your entire life!
The training takes place entirely in Dornbirn and is based on the strict criteria of the YOGA Association Austria and is certified as such.
