Under the motto "Yoga for a good cause," all yoga fans, whether beginners or advanced, can do something together for the parents' initiative for children with cancer Jena eV .
Relaxation for body and soul with heart
This event is not about the perfect posture or the deepest sun salutation, but about doing something good together. All proceeds from the event will be donated 100% to the parents' initiative for children with cancer Jena eV , which cares for families with children with cancer with a lot of commitment and love.
Yoga for everyone – with fun and without any previous knowledge
Whether you're a yoga newbie or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome at "Yoga for a Good Cause" . The experienced yoga teachers Petra (Yoga in Paradise) and Nadine (near Yoga Erfurt) work together to provide varied exercises for every taste and fitness level. No previous knowledge is required, so just grab your yoga mat or blanket, put on comfortable clothes and join in!
