Beneficial Hara exercises (according to Anando Würzburger, Cologne) bring centering and grounding. Through the experience of inner support and being carried, our life force can unfold and life can be reshaped.

Gentle fascia exercises for the pelvic floor, psoas and diaphragm, as well as for a strong, supple back, complement the Hara exercises for connecting with your inner center.

New movement principles from current fascia research (according to Dr. Schleip) can easily be integrated into your personal exercise program.

They prevent stress-related damage to the connective tissue in athletes and promote the interplay of strength and suppleness.

The FindHof seminar center is located in Lindlar, in the Bergisches Land region, nestled amidst lush greenery. I first encountered it during my yoga teacher training in 2008/2009 and have enjoyed returning there regularly with my own groups ever since.

The moderate prices range from €20 per person per night for an overnight stay in a group room with shared shower to €55 per night for a single room with shower/toilet.

The price for meals is €45-50 per person per day (depending on group size). Accommodation and meals are paid separately in cash on site.
