We breathe from the moment of our birth until the moment of our death. Our breath is a constant in our lives; everything else changes, but the breath remains.

In yoga, breath is called "Prana" and means life force.
Observing, training, and deepening your breathing can lead to experiences on all levels of your existence.
Your breath is the bridge between body and mind, always bringing you back to the present moment. The only moment in which life takes place.
Through conscious breathing exercises you can:

LOCATION
Myth of Corfu
Mythos Corfu is idyllically located in the northwest of the sun-drenched green island of Corfu in the small town of Arillas, central yet quiet.
The beach, taverns, cafes, bars and small shops are easily reachable within a five-minute walk. Surrounded by olive groves, Arillas offers an excellent starting point for relaxing days on the beach by the turquoise sea, for walks and hikes to hidden coves, old mountain villages and breathtaking viewpoints, as well as for boat trips to the nearby small islands of Erikoussa and Mathraki.
Vicinity:
Right near the seminar room below the "Akrotori" café are two 2-bed apartments and five 4-bed apartments with 2 separate rooms. Further accommodations are located in the immediate vicinity on the ridge.
Seminar room (approx. 65 sq m) with wooden floor – space for max. 15-20 participants ● equipped with sound system, mats, cushions, blankets etc.

Two large sandy beaches can be reached in a 10-minute walk. (Nudism is tolerated outside of taverns).

In the immediate vicinity there are many typical Greek tavernas, smaller hotels, apartment buildings and holiday bungalows.
Distance to the towns of Arillas and Agios Stefanos: approximately a 10-minute walk.
Distance to Corfu Airport and the capital city: 40 km. Travel time: approximately 1 hour.
On days off, bus trips to interesting places and boat trips along the coast and to the offshore islands can be organized with our support and in cooperation with local travel agencies.
Accommodation:
The Hoys apartments can be reached from the seminar room in about 5-10 minutes on foot, offering panoramic views. Wonderfully situated below the headland between the beaches of Arillas and Agios Stefanos, they offer a magnificent view into the bay of Agios Stefanos and towards the mountains of Albania.
The apartments in the complex, which is very well maintained by the owner Nikos, have a size of approximately 60 square meters. They each have a covered veranda with seating at the front and back, and there are sun loungers in the front garden. Five of the apartments have 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed – another with 2 single beds) and a shower room with shower cubicle. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, each apartment offers a unique sea view.
Catering:
A breakfast buffet in the morning with fresh fruit, muesli, Greek yogurt, various cheeses, jams, spreads, teas, coffee, milk and juices.
Breakfast is served in the nearby cafe “Akrotiri” – on the ridge overlooking Arillas and St. Stefanos – where group activities also take place.
