  In the Breathwork Healing Teacher Training, we will teach healing yoga in the mornings to prepare our vessel for deep breathing and healing work.
  Healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg is more than just yoga lessons. It is a holistic health training program that strengthens the ability to self-regulate, trains body awareness, and consciously incorporates emotional and energetic processes. The exercises are embedded in a deep psychosomatic context – unique in this form.

  Step 1
  Chakra Healing Yoga Teacher in 7 modules is the basic training. It begins on May 8, 2026.
  Step 2
  Breathwork Healing Teacher course in 5 modules starts in October 2026
  or/and
  Yin Yoga Healing Teacher training (5 modules) begins in September. 2027
  Participation in all 17 modules offers the possibility of certification by health insurance companies.
