Deepen your own practice through intensive meditation, mutual guidance and various methods of mindfulness and learn to guide other people in mindfulness and meditation.

As part of the training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and much more. Idyllic in the Grenzbachtal in the middle of forest, water and meadows with organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, Nordic walking, Kirtan singing, sound meditations.
Exercises for body and mind in a relaxed atmosphere, intensive but without pressure. Sitting, walking, movement, lectures, instructions, gentle yoga flows, community and individual time. It is important to act consciously at all times and to treat yourself and others lovingly. Practicing together strengthens healing powers and inner peace. You practice letting go, collecting yourself, it enables insight and inner liberation.
Training content:
- Mindfulness training through breathing observation, sitting meditation, body scan, mindful body work, relaxation techniques, the importance of feeling and gentle yoga flows
- Deepening Buddhist meditation techniques such as Metta, loving benevolence, Vipassana, Anapanasati Sutra, contemplation of beneficial and hindering feelings, moods and emotions, awareness, beliefs and patterns
- Introduction and teaching of meditative contemplations, especially walking meditation and the five guidelines for a healthy life (Pancha Sila)
- Introduction to Buddhist mantra practice
- Building your own mindfulness and meditation practice
- Models for setting up meditation courses, workshops, retreats, instructing mindful exercises in small groups
Requirements for participation: Basic knowledge of meditation and yoga or body work.
Other interested parties who would like to develop their own stable mindfulness practice are also welcome. Suitable for meditators to deepen and also as an introduction to the topic.
