Description Yoga teacher training

This relaxation trainer training is aimed at everyone who would like to learn how to easily guide children into relaxation through yoga, among other things. Even children suffer from stress and pressure to perform. The consequences are often motor restlessness and lack of concentration, up to and including AD(H)D, learning difficulties and behavioral problems.
In this training, you will learn relaxation and meditation techniques which, together with yoga, will help you cope with everyday stressful situations.
This relaxation trainer training for children enables you to professionally use relaxation techniques and to conduct relaxation courses for children in kindergartens, schools, independent children's and youth centers as well as in family education centers and adult education centers.
In this relaxation trainer training you will learn:
- Autogenic Training for Children
- fantasy journeys
- Meditative games and silent exercises
- Working with singing bowls, gongs and cymbals
- Eutonic and kinesiological games
- Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson for children
- Breathing games and games from the field of yoga
- Body experience and massage games
- Working with Mandalas
- methodological and didactic principles for the structure of a course unit
- practical implementation using example course units.
With certificate: Relaxation trainer for children (BYVG). Approximately 60 teaching units.
This is a cooperation event with the Academy of Cultures NRW, a recognized provider according to the Employee Training Act NRW (AWbG NRW). The event is recognized by some federal states as educational leave. Please note that educational leave is only offered in the Bad Meinberg and Westerwald houses.
