Description Yoga teacher training
Do you want more variety in your yoga classes? Then this yoga teacher training is ideal for you: new possibilities for pranayamas, variations in the asanas and deep yoga relaxation are waiting for you. In this yoga teacher training course you will learn how to use ribbons, blocks, pillows, blankets and mats in a playful way beyond the knowledge you learned in yoga teacher training. After your yoga teacher training, you can also add even more depth to your yoga classes through precise announcements, further corrections, yoga bodywork and partner asanas. Look forward to new impulses and a lot of your own yoga practice.
Participation requirements for this yoga teacher training: Yoga teacher training/training at least 120 or started yoga teacher training at least 200 teaching units or Yoga Vidya exercise/course leader at least 108 teaching units.
Day of arrival
Please arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest.
Arrival possible from 1 p.m.; Room available from 3 p.m.
4.30 p.m. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8:00 p.m. actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
