Does yoga lead to dissociation or awakening?

Does yoga lead to dissociation or awakening? - FindeDeinYoga.org
Jeannette Krüssenberg

"Go your way without leaving a trace."

I first heard this sentence from the Kabbalah, a mystical tradition of Judaism, from Thomas Hübl during the 3-year Timeless Wisdom training. This sentence touched me deeply. Don't we all want to leave traces in the form of recognition, memories, something that will be remembered even after we die? Why not leave traces? For me, this statement is connected to the term "karma" . Live in such a way that you have no regrets when you go. Leave nothing unsaid, irreconcilable, or undone. Don't create karma .

Unfortunately, very few of us are awake, conscious, mindful, transparent and capable of dealing with conflict to even be aware of our traces. And so it happens that we not only pollute this planet with all our dirt, but also spiritually contaminate it. It is high time we woke up.

Yoga and Awakening

Yoga has become HIP and is reaching more and more people. Even though the various sport-oriented styles seem rather strange to me personally and I sometimes wonder what they have to do with the original yoga path, yoga has also conquered the modern western world and offers an easy introduction to a life that combines spirituality , mysticism and the achievements of the 20th century. Unfortunately, in my experience, the focus of yoga is too much on the body. This often leads to dissociation and separation from one's own feelings.

I often see even very experienced yoga teachers confusing their physical sensations with feelings. This tends to lead to illness and is diametrically opposed to the goal of yoga, which is awakening .

Healing yoga according to JK wants to start there and make its contribution to cultivating more awareness , learning to understand the language of the body, connecting with feelings and moving forward without leaving a trace.

What is healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg?

Healing yoga Jeannette Krüssenberg

Healing yoga according to JK was created with the intention of combining western modern psychology and psychotherapy, mysticism and wisdom, psychosomatics, scientific research, energetic healing methods and yoga practice. Healing yoga according to JK not only promotes health , but is also a spiritual training . It enables one to perceive psychosomatic connections between thoughts, feelings and physical reactions and to accept what is revealed.

Healing yoga aims to strengthen the self-empowerment of each individual participant and is based on the realization that every person is the creator of their own reality and therefore has their own potential to shape and change their life in a meaningful way.

Both your own growth and the constant expansion of your own consciousness are the essential elements of Healing Yoga nJK. Healing Yoga nJK can be offered in individual sessions as well as in group classes and shows a way to activate the ability for self-healing and the inherent resources and to integrate them into everyday life.
