Your Indian Summer YOGA Retreat
Friday 21.10. until Sunday October 23rd, 2022
with Taina Nacke-Langenstein at the Landidyll Hotel Klostermühle
Not only in summer, but also when the golden autumn sun shines on the northern Palatinate, the people of the Palatinate shift their activities into nature in order to absorb the primal forces of the elements so that they are prepared for the darker days of winter.
The flowing, green and colorful transitions of earth, water, air and ether around the Landidyll Hotel and its extensive gardens make Mother Earth and all her gifts shine particularly clearly.
By mindfully perceiving the beauty and gifts of nature and through gentle movement in her colorful realm, we can feel and deepen the connection between her energy and ours.
We experience peace of mind when we recognize through the sounds of the wilderness that it takes (almost) nothing to heal physically, mentally and emotionally. A hug from the evening wind also provides support in troubled times.
The more demanding and extensive the private challenges and professional activities are, the more important it is to achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance, to recognize how energy can be regained and inner balance achieved.
In yoga, meditation and conscious breathing we experience the healing magic of the
Simplicity. Mindfulness helps us to recognize and (re)acquire our own nature and strength. Happy, unconventional and imaginative, we will allow the scents and colors of the natural kingdom to work on and within us and thus lead a mentally and emotionally healthy, perhaps even more spiritual life.
Through the variety of small elements from the combination of traditional and modern
Shamanism, we take with us new impulses that can become a significant benefit for body and soul even after the retreat.
We experience the symbolism of power animals and, protected by the starry sky, enjoy an evening fire ceremony for purification and spiritual alignment.
Together we create and tie incense bundles ourselves, using regional organic medicinal herbs from my yoga sister Marion Grimm-Rautenberg's MediYogaGarten© (www.mediyogaschule.de).
Different forms of meditation allow the clear, primal vibrations to return to our lives, which open up brightness, down-to-earthness and, so to speak, breadth and can be the oldest means of developing abundance.
Mindful flowing yoga, as well as gentle and peaceful Yin and Yoga Nidra units can restore radiance, inner and outer alignment, balance and lively serenity.
Grounding and vitality are also given to us through the soles of our uncovered feet when we absorb the free-flowing electrons from the surfaces of the meadow and the morning dew, as well as the intensely brown field soil, early in the morning.
